Arbor Quarterly & Annual Research Campaigns

Client: Arbor Realty Trust

Industry: Commercial Real Estate/Financial Services

Engagement: Ongoing Marketing Design Partnership

The Challenge

Arbor publishes multiple research-driven reports each year in collaboration with Chandan Economics, including quarterly Small Multifamily and Single-Family Rental (SFR) reports, bi-annual Top Multifamily Markets reports, and an Annual Report. Each release operates as a full marketing campaign, requiring coordinated execution across digital, email, social, web, and internal channels on fixed timelines and for high-visibility audiences.

The Approach

I led creative direction and execution across Arbor's research report campaigns, owning the visual system supporting each release. By treating each report as a coordinated campaign rather than a one-off project, I built a flexible design framework that supported recurring launches while allowing each release to feel current, distinct, and aligned with Arbor's brand.

Key Constraints

  • Fixed quarterly, bi-annual, and annual publishing schedules
  • Investor- and partner-facing materials with zero tolerance for errors
  • Multiple report types serving overlapping but distinct audiences
  • High volume of coordinated assets across channels
  • Tight turnaround requirements with limited room for rework

Deliverables

Each reporting cycle included a full campaign rollout, typically consisting of:

  • Digital PDF reports
  • Gated and ungated landing pages
  • Social media campaign assets
  • Email designs for multiple audience segments
  • Blog banners and internal promotional assets
  • Video creative supporting report launches
  • Supporting blog and content visuals

Results

Reliable delivery

Quarterly, bi-annual, and annual launches executed on schedule

Operational efficiency

Repeatable campaign framework reduced production friction

Brand consistency

Unified visual presentation across print, digital, and internal channels

Sustained partnership

Ongoing collaboration supporting long-term marketing initiatives

Outcome

The repeatable campaign system made report launches more predictable and easier to execute over time, reducing internal friction and design coordination overhead. This approach reinforced Arbor's credibility with investors and partners while supporting sustained engagement across digital platforms.

Ongoing Partnership

I continue to support Arbor as an ongoing marketing design partner, providing creative leadership and execution across quarterly, bi-annual, and annual research campaigns, as well as broader marketing initiatives.
