Marketing Campaign Design

Arbor Quarterly & Annual Research Campaigns

Client: Arbor Realty Trust

Industry: Commercial Real Estate / Financial Services

Engagement: Ongoing Marketing Design Partnership

The Challenge

Arbor puts out a lot of research — quarterly reports, bi-annual deep dives, an annual report — all in partnership with Chandan Economics. Every release is basically its own marketing campaign: reports, landing pages, emails, social, video, internal assets. All on a fixed schedule, all going in front of investors and partners who notice when things are off.

The Approach

Instead of treating each report like a separate project, I built a flexible design system that could support every release while keeping each one feeling fresh. I owned the creative direction and execution across the full rollout — from the report design itself through every channel it touched.

Key Constraints

  • Fixed publishing calendar with no flexibility on deadlines
  • Investor-facing materials — zero room for errors
  • Multiple report types with overlapping but different audiences
  • High volume of coordinated assets per cycle
  • Tight turnarounds with limited rework time

Deliverables

Per reporting cycle, I'd typically deliver: digital PDF reports, gated and ungated landing pages, social campaign assets, segmented email designs, blog banners, internal promo materials, and video creative supporting the launch.

Outcome

The system I built made each launch more predictable and easier to execute than the last. Less internal friction, less coordination overhead, and a consistent brand presence across every channel. I still support Arbor as an ongoing design partner today.
